OOTD: Sporty Style

I won't lie, I think back on my high school days and sigh in regret. Back then, I had hours of activity built into my schedule, with two hour practices every day after school devoted to improving myself and my skills as an athlete. Today, it takes about two hours of mentally preparing myself to drag my butt to the gym for an hour (if that).

But hey! The plus is that no matter what I do, I'm pretty certain I'll always have my muscular man calves...Not gonna lie, I saw these photos and kind of had to do a double take. Like daaaamn girl. You got muscle! Hahaha!

It's one of the first things I'll do now if I find a male even mildly attractive. I check out his legs, and as superficial as it is, if I see that my calves are more impressive than his, I lose interest.

Hence, why Linda's been in a dating drought. These boys out in Idaho may have nice arms, but they must be skipping leg day, because I think my 4th grade self and her calves have more muscle definition than they do.

Now, in the meantime, I think it's time I hit the gym...sigh.

For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
