REVIEW // Pony xo Memebox Easy Shine Glam 2 Palette

I've been getting more into makeup lately, and as a result, I've made a few videos centered around the topic. My latest creation was inspired by the Pony xo Memebox Glam Palette 2!

I'm no glamor queen though, and it often shows. I stick to (mostly) simple makeup, and my go-to is a winged liner (which I've been doing since high school, so it's practically muscle memory to apply it by now) and a swipe of lipstick.

Only lately have I been taking time to add eyeshadow into my everyday routine, and it's been fun experimenting with blending in different colors. However, since I'm not an expert, I've been sticking to basic, natural looking shadows.

When I got my hands on this Glam Palette, I came to realize just how perfectly it suits my makeup style while simultaneously helping me experiment. The shades aren't a totally outlandish color, but the rich texture and shimmery touch are just beautiful! Here, their description on the improved formula is better:

"What’s unique about this palette is that we applied a skin-fit system for smoother application, high-gloss effect, jewelry complex for multi-faceted shimmer, double-coating powder for longer wear and less fallout and rosehip oil so the eyeshadows go on buttery smooth. "

Mmm, rosehip oil. How luxe, right!?

While this palette was sent to me, that doesn't mean I'm going to rave about something I don't love. I can assure you, I absolutely love this palette and am tempted to buy the sister palette, Glam 1, because it's that amazing!

I filmed a mini makeup tutorial on my Youtube channel (which you can subscribe to HERE) featuring it, and I think it turned out well. Plus, it's all set to a Twenty One Pilots song, so you can't go wrong.
I'm certainly not at beauty guru status yet, but I'm learning as I go. Plus, it's amusing going through footage and watching me struggle (insert teary eyed, laughing emoji here).

If you're looking for an affordable yet high-end product to try for eyeshadows, I highly recommend this one! For $30 and the quality results, I'm not kidding when I say it's worth it!

I'm debating hosting a giveaway for the palette if I do end up purchasing more, to be honest. Would you be interested in winning this product?

Let me know in the comments what you think!

Eheheheh, I saw you opening these up on Snapchat and how excited you got over them... made me happy that you were so happy. :D And I believe you when you say it's worth it. I'm pretty sure you know a good deal on makeup when it's offered to you--I'm kind of thrifty when it comes to makeup and haven't changed what I use since 7th grade when I started wearing it, hahaha!

Rosehip oil is the bomb.com. I've never heard of it being used in eyeshadow before, but I'm all for it!
