Hello my lovelies, how are you this magical evening? It seems someone cast a spell and reverted me to the young witch I was in a former life. For one night, I roamed about in my footwear of choice - stiletto booties, naturally - crunching through gravel roads and scavenging for ingredients to use in my deadly potions.

Haha, ah man, this was the first time I've attempted getting photos done at night, and I'm stunned by how well they've turned out! We parked out in the middle of nowhere, left the headlights on, and started snapping away. Once we arrived home and I'd edited a few, Kirsten took a peek at one.

"Wow...you look bad...I don't like it!"

Hehehe, so apparently, sweet little Linda can evoke sinister when provoked. It may unnerve my friends, but I personally kind of like it. 

Spooky Eyes sent me another pair of colored contacts to review, and I couldn't help being inspired to do a Halloween themed post around them. These Hulk Eye Contacts transformed my dirt brown hue into a vivid green, which is pretty magical in my opinion. It's a little difficult to see how impressive these lenses are though, so here's a collage to see their transforming powers up close. The middle selfie was thrown in to remind you how dark my eyes usually are:

  After watching far too much Witches of East End (when will Netflix get season 2!?), I was influenced to don a sexy black dress, my tallest shoes, and top it off with this dramatic hat. 

Truth be told, I haven't dressed up for Halloween in years. In fact, the extent of my "Halloween spirit" is curling up on the couch with some candy and a stack of scary movies. Even then, there's no guarantee I'll stick to the horror genre. After one or two, my hyperactive mind starts racing headlong into paranoid mode, and I know I need to pop in a Disney movie if I'm going to get any sleep that night.

So yeah, that's how my Halloween nights typically go. Unless I can get a group of friends together, I doubt I'll have anything too exciting going on. Haha, what about you? Anyone have a fun tradition that you do every year?
