My barista dress code is infiltrating my life guys. Seriously, all I wear is black and white now, even on my days off. But really, is that a bad thing? I don't think so! Especially with this outfit.

My dad took me out for breakfast one fine day (um, these photos may or may not be a month or so old...), and I decided I wanted to look put together despite the low key occasion. We settled on an old favorite that's a popular spot for Idaho's finest rough and gruff rednecks with a tantalizing flair for making the best breakfast in town. If you're ever in the Southern Idaho area, be sure to look up The Buffalo Cafe!

It's a good thing this dress flares out into a flowy bottom half, because my tummy needed that extra room after devouring a dish called the Buffalo Chip. It had tomatoes, green peppers, eggs, and about a pound of cheese melted on top of a delicious base of potatoe wedges. Served with this carb coma was a huge, homemade, fluffy biscuit and sweet cherry jam.

Oh my heavens, just typing up this description of the meal makes me want to go back.

So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

I love wearing black and white combo as well, I'm not a barista, though. I believe these two colors are the strongest from the whole palette. So I'm with you in the choice of black & white, Linda:) I've got to say you look amazing on those photographs, the outfit itself and the hairdo are so elegant and chic!
Have a wonderful weekend:)

Cute! I love the floral pattern with a gingham mix. I used to be a barista back in the day and I've never thought about it, but maybe that's wear my all black wearing habit came from lol.

I did an IRL LOL (oh goodness, so many caps, much webspeek, wow) at the part where you said these photos were a month old. Isn't that college though? Like whoops this painting/outfit/event actually happened a whole three weeks ago... but we can pretend it was fairly recent. CARRY ON MY FRIEND!

I'm glad you had such a good time at breakfast with your dad, though, that month ago. ;) That dish does sound delicious and isn't it nice when outfits can have a little wiggle room? Yep! The plaid is so cute on you too and I'm glad you're not getting sick of the black and white yet. Hang in there, you can be creative with your looks!

Have an awesome rest of the week, my sweet Linaddadadadaadaa!

Mmm, I love those sort of breakfast joints, we have one up here that seriously makes the best chicken fried steak. I love all of the hairstyles you've been showing lately, this one might be my favorite though, you look so polished! (And how funny about the dress code colors! I worked one place years ago where we could only wear black and white and it seriously took me years before I wanted to wear another pair of black pants.)

Hey there cutie!! Looking gorgeous as per usual, Linda! And this outfit is SO fab... I love black and white outfits + the added necklace gives the outfit that little extra pop of something fun. Two thumbs up!! ;)

And your breakfast, oh my gosh, I'm now craving it like mad. Sounds fabulous!! xo

I totally know the feeling! When I was a hostess all I wore was black. I didn't mind too much, but it did test my creativity in the form of colourful accessories. You look lovely in the gingham and classic flats. Sounds like you and your dad had a great time :)
