Heart Breaker

Crochet is a staple texture of the summertime, so when I spotted this sweet little number on Romwe, I had to scoop it up (thanks to Catsuit-Latex of course!). I'm back to my boho roots in this ensemble! I'm not a huge fan of the "Heartbreaker" text on my top, but everything else about it, I love. Which is surprising since it's got a more cropped hemline than I'm used to, but I suppose I've been gaining more confidence. That, or I just don't give a damn anymore. Haha, it goes so perfectly with the crochet too, so how could I resist it?

This trail is a place I haven't visited in a while, but then Caleb and I took a walk there and I was reminded of it's hidden beauty. The only thing is that there's a disc golf course that's rather popular throughout it, so you have to constantly be on your guard in case one of those tiny frisbees comes whipping your way!

So this summer I've been fearing the inevitable death of our local drive-in movie theater. There had been notifications going out saying how they were closing down for good soon, and this summer might've been it. However, the good people of Idaho pulled together and managed to save it for one more season. Last Friday, some girl friends and I got together and headed down to enjoy Maleficent and Million Dollar Arm on the big screen. Part of summer nights has to include a drive in date at some point! Here's a little peek at ours:
I've been more dedicated in documenting these little moments and memories with a camera, which I'm so happy to do. I have a terrible memory, and am an extremely visual person. This is the best way to freeze a lovely moment and keep it locked away for the future! I'm certain I'll be adding these little collages at the end of most posts throughout this summer.

How has your summer been treating you?

Oh Miss LINDAAAAA you are lookin' so good here! I'm glad you had a nice time re-visiting your trail. And also that your Idahoan people (lol, my apologies if that's not the right term ;)) saved the drive-in! Maleficient was so good, I heard! I still haven't seen it myself. I haven't been to a drive-in in so so long! I would love to now that you mention it. :)

Linda you look AMAZING as per usual but there's this special radiance in these outfit photos that I can't quite place but LOVE regardless!
Also, drive-in cinemas are so rare, it makes me sad. I just discovered one in my county, though, and I might go check it out some time.
Looks like summer's treating you really well :)

AWW cute. I love that the locals are trying to save the drive-ins. Hope it works for more than a season. =)

Summer is passing by already for me! That's what happens when you always try to plan out everything I suppose. It makes you realize how fast time can go by!

1) Can I have your hair?
2) I love all the little detail in this outfit. The earrings, the crochet, the buckles on the shoes.... gorgeous! Details an outfit do make. :D
3) I want you to take that crop top and wear it every damn day if you damn well please. Because you are beautiful and you should wear whatever makes you feel sexy, confidant, and stylish.

I don't know how I missed this post, but I've seen it now. Drive in movies sound like so much fun, we don't have those in Spain. Loving the cardi, so cute and the crop top is ideal.
