Under A Spell
Here's another outfit featuring those galaxy print leggings. (Here's looks 1 and 2) Man, I never knew how much I'd end up loving these! I thought they'd just be a fun piece to wear out every now and then, but they go with a surprisingly large amount of clothes in my closet. Also, it's been far too long since I did a spazzy jumping shot - it's time to bring those out again!
So this is what I wore the day before we left for our trip to the Philippines (yes, these were taken quite a while ago). I went out shopping with Saffron, and we had a great time hitting up the shops and gabbing like the silly girls we are. I must admit, I got quite a few stares in these leggings, but a couple people complimented me on them too. Haha, although Saffron said it best: "Your leggings are just entrancing!"
I came home with an armload of bags from that excursion, and I'm excited to show you some of the items I scored. They've had to wait since my trip to the Philippines took place, but now that I'm back home, I can break them out for the first time! Plus, I've got a ton of new stuff from shopping in the Philippines. You're going to be seeing some new items on this blog for a while, that's for sure! Haha, I'm excited over a lot of the things I scored on. My aunt helped me haggle down the vendors and I started to get good at it too. Great experience to have. :)
The only thing is, I forgot how freezing it is here. I bought a lot of spring-like items, which I was induced to buy while being in the muggy, humid heat of Manila. Nothing like Idaho weather right now. Ugh, it's a "high" of 30 today, and I just want to curl under a pile of blankets and wear fuzzy slippers all day. Its a good thing I had this outfit prepared to post today, because I am not in a dress up mood.
In other news, I'm so happy to see my dad and Prince again. Three weeks without them was a long time!
And I won't lie...towards the end of our trip I was alternately fantasizing about my bathroom and closet. Haha, while I miss the Philippines and our family there, its good to be home.
PS: I got a few packages in the mail while I was gone...there are some exciting things I can't wait to show you. Haha, stay tuned.
