InDressMe and QQONE for School

Stud Wrap: Philippines   Cross Bracelet: c/o Estarer   Gold Bangles: c/o RMS
Sweater: c/o Indressme   Top & Sunglasses: Philippines   Jeans: American Eagle   Boots: Payless   Bag: c/o  The 7 Senses   Necklace (won in giveaway): The Phrenzy

I'm posting two looks at once today! That's a new one, huh? Haha, with spring semester starting up, I figured I'd use the two items InDressMe and QQONE sent to create two looks I'll be wearing to college. First up, the fair isle print cardigan above, which is so comfortable and warm! I love the simple, stylish touch it can add to a basic outfit. I wore this to go meet up with Kirsten for the first time since I got back from my trip.

Our nickname for each other was what I heard before being tackled in a hug. Haha, we were just a little excited to see each other. We got coffee and walked around the Barnes & Noble aisles, talking for hours just catching up. It was the perfect way to spend the afternoon!

So my next look is centered around the slouchy, striped sweater from QQONE.
Sweater: c/o QQONE   Button Down: thrifted   Dress (worn as skirt): Sugarlips   Boots: Payless
Green Bracelet & Bangles: c/o RMS
Notice how the sweater has pockets? That fact alone could cause twirls of happiness. Plus the fact that the dress I'm wearing underneath is so light and frothy, of course I had to spin around in it.
Oh, and those boots? Yeah, another new purchase I'm ecstatic over.
My closet and I are just very happy right now, haha!

I had Kirsten try these pair on, and for being a girl who sticks to practical boots and Converse, she found herself exclaiming over how comfortable they are. I almost didn't get them back!
I've looked up reviews of these shoes on the Payless site, and everyone raves about how comfy and stylish these booties are. I have to agree! After walking around with Kirsten all day in them and trekking in snow, my feet were barely complaining by the time I got home and slipped them off. Which is impressive for a four inch heel! I'm considering getting the brown version as well now. This is seriously not sponsored by Payless at all, but I'd encourage any of you reading this who are searching for the perfect, heeled boots to check these out! They're most definitely affordable and you get more than what you pay for.

So to end this ginormous post (hope you enjoyed the outfits!), school starts on Tuesday, and while I'm slightly nervous all over again about starting up college, I'm also excited. I just got a letter in the mail letting me know I made it onto the Deans List!
Its a new semester, a fresh start to a new year, and I'm determined to do my best.

Now, only question is: which outfit should I wear for the first day?

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Jeremiah 29:11

Just a week ago things were sunny in the Philippines and now you're back to a white snowy wonderland! So lucky. I like the cozy cuteness of the first cardigan, but I Love the second sweater, because its striped and monochromatic. You've styled it perfectly. All the best for the new semester!

Awe, you'll be fine to start college again! I'm the same way every semester--the start is always the hardest... always! It's like that all the time. I wonder if we'll ever get used to it? haha. :)

I've been looking at those boots and payless and wondering if they were comfortable! (They look lovely on you!) It's so crazy to see your new photos with all of the snow, that's just quite a climate change. (That sweater though is perfection! It looks so cozy and warm and I love the pattern and the draping, its like the perfect oversize cardigan.) I love white dresses so it's fun to see how you've styled this one with the sweater, I'm going to have to try something like this. :)
