SLIDER

Ronald McDonald

Sweater: thrifted   Jeggings: c/o Too Sexy Store   Wedges: c/o My Hot Shoes   Bag: Rue 21   Beanie: Debs   Ring: Forever 21

Not sure what prompted me to slip on these monstrous red wedges, but I didn't want to be too matchy-matchy with my brown sweater and brown tribal bag, so I decided to try throwing more color into this outfit instead of another shade of brown. It just so happened to be part of the infamous McDonald's color scheme.
Ah well, I still like it. Especially this beanie! Its such a thick knit one and so warm. Plus, they match my new jeggings from Too Sexy Store perfectly. They're the exact same shade of mustard yellow!
So after school on Wednesday, I met up with a girl I work with to talk and grab some food. We'd always gotten along at work just fine, and would constantly say how we needed to hang out, so we finally made that happen, and I'm glad we did. Shay's a total sweetheart, and we tend to think in similar ways. Usually I'm such an awkward duckling when I'm talking with someone I'm not close with, but she's one of those rare people I can instantly click with. We ended up chatting for an hour having a good ole girl talk about many things. Plus, the food we ordered was delish - Italian Nachos (basically, toasted chips with a crap-load of cheese melted on top in addition to chicken breast, tomatoes, etc.) Good stuff!

Anyone have a winter accessory they can't live without?
I'm sure you can guess what mine is - I want to stock up on more beanies now!

haha, you're much cuter than Ronald McDonald, Linda! :D But I can see how you think the shoes and pants combo give off that vibe. Hey, nothing wrong with a lil bit of mustard and ketchup for some outfit inspiration. ;)

Also, your hat is really FUN and it looks like it would keep your ears super warm. And that ring is so huge. I larve it.

My winter accessory... probably tights and colorful socks, even though they don't really keep the cold out. :P
