Lacy Days

Dress: c/o Clothes Hound   Bag: vintage   Wedges: c/o My Hot Shoes   Bangles: Claires

Why yes, these photos were taken at the local cemetery. Creepy? Possibly...personally, I like it there. I've actually driven out there to be by myself and just sit and reflect. There's a sense of peace that I find there, and it helps calm me. Usually I'll take my journal out there and just write out everything on my heart.

Necklace: c/o Eclectic Eccentricity

Well, I finally did it. After having a box of pink hair dye sit on my counter for what seemed like ages, I gathered up my courage and took the plunge - and emerged with fuchsia pink stripes in my hair! I love how it looks actually, and I'm really happy with how it turned out.

I feel like I've been really busy lately with work and all, so it was nice this weekend when I got a chance to hang out with my girl Saffy. It was her birthday so we had a mini celebration and went to see Step Up Revolution. Oh. My. Word. That movie still blows my mind! The music and dancing was fantastic!

So what do you guys think of my new dress? I'm personally loving it! The lace skirt part is so pretty and flouncy. I decided to stick with the girliness of it and paired it with a simple bag and wedges. Of course, I had to add in my new favorite necklace from Eclectic Eccentricity too!

Hopefully for the next post I'll have more to tell you about. Lately life has been hectic and busy! Every day has just been filled with work and then vegging out at home afterwards. My feet get so tired by the end of the day that's all I want to do! Although today I'm meeting Patrick again. It's been a while since we hung out, so I'm sure I'll have something to write about for next post ;) Haha!

Really cute look :) I'm in search of some lovely lace skirt myself.

I think cemetery is as beautiful place as parks or something like that, but if you'd go there during night then maybe a bit creepy indeed :D

I don't think it's creepy to be at a cemetery, HOWEVER I absolutely refuse to ever step on any headstone or memorial piece. And it drives me crazy when a friend does it.
