OOTD // April Showers, May Flowers

Outfit Details:   Shirt: (gift) Macys   Skirt: thrifted   Gladiators: Philippines

It's April, and you know that saying. Its showering here almost everyday! Every morning is a gloomy, cloudy one. Ugh, I cannot wait until the sun comes out and we can have May flowers here!

Bracelets: Philippines   Turquoise Ring: etsy   Camera Ring: Claires

When exploring downtown, me and Kirsten came across this colorful door and couldn't resist snapping some pictures. This is my typical school outfit that I wear.
I thrifted this vintage floral skirt, and love it! Although it has to sit really high on me since back then, women didn't have hips...
I'm slowly mixing in my spring/summer wardrobe. These gladiator sandals are an absolute favorite of mine, although I'm terrified for the day they'll fall apart. Haha, I wear them so much once it warms up!

Erk, excuse the frizzy hair. It started sprinkling while we were taking these photos -_-
I just love this tiger tee! Saffy got it for me for my birthday a couple months ago and I haven't worn it too often yet. Probably because its more of a summer tee. The baggy, loose shape of it will go perfectly with some shorts!

I realized I've never shown you my schoolbag, so here it is. I bought it at Target before the school year started and its held up really well. Plus, it fits all my books and just looks oh so stylish. Haha, I love this little satchel bag. I'm hoping I can use it for the college workload next year, but I have my doubts...we'll see how thick those textbooks are.

Isn't Kirsten's new jacket just perfect? I love it! Goes perfectly with her casual, cool girl style. :)

Watch out for puddles everyone!

Aha that last picture was captured at just the right moment! So lovely! :D I'm diggin' your gold tshirt and can't wait to see what else you do with it! And I hope your sandals don't fall apart-- if they ever do, hopefully a repair can be done! >:D

Ohh! I take my pictures at this place that's five minutes from my house, it's a little school that is ever most adorable. I'm glad that you like the backgrounds because I was always afraid it would get too repetitive (though I do try to move around a bit, haha)

That t-shirt is seriously gorgeous ! Rawwwr :D Nice floral skirt, sandals and jewellery too.

Thank you for the comment. It's true, there's always a risk when you buy something online - especially if it's from ebay or similar site like this one is. I haven't had any problems before, but there's always a first time for everything! :D

Have a lovely day,

Love your skirt!! It will be perfect for summer! And your friend's jacket is super cute too. And I think that satchel will hold up fine for college. I used a satchel way back when I was in college and it was perfect. You usually don't have to take your books to class unless it's required reading in the class. Most of my books lay open on my desk for homework! <3
