OOTD // Wedge It To Me

Outfit Details:   Cardigan: (thrifted) Old Navy   Blouse: (thrifted) Worthington   Skirt: vintage   Boots: gift

I've always loved a good fishtail braid. Doesn't work that well on my layered hair however...

Aren't these boots just fabulous!? I'm in love with them. They're an early Christmas gift from Kirsten :D
Thank you so much!!!
I remember trying these shoes on in Payless when we went in there and exclaiming over how perfect they were. At the time I didn't have the money for them though, so I had to put them back. But here they are, on my feet! Haha, very very exciting!

They're pretty comfortable, not as comfy as flats, but for something with a heel? Oh yes, they are totally wearable for day. I've been wearing them around the house even just because I hate to take them off. The lace-up detail and suede finish is just divine!

Anyway, this lace top is a thrifted find from our trip to California and I'm thrilled I found it. Lace is a big trend still, and I look for it whenever I go out shopping. It's always best when you find it for just $3 :)

I think for my next post I'll do a nail tutorial. Someone commented on my last one that I should show you how to recreate the Christmas nails I had.
Well, it's finally the weekend! Tonight our choir is having a Christmas concert, and I have a small solo part. Kind of nerve-wracking! Hopefully I don't freeze up and forget my words...or notes haha.

Then tomorrow I'm taking the ACT, so wish me luck...

Hope you're enjoying your Friday!

OH those wedges are too cute! And they look wonderful for the snow. I love the fishtail braid on you too! I wish I could do it to my hair but I think my layers are too crazy for it.
I always love your sweet comments! <3
